The SmartSky shipset includes the core components to install SmartSky on your aircraft:
- Full-Duplex Quad (FDQ) Tx/Rx aircraft active antenna
- High-Performance Blade (HPB) Rx aircraft active antenna
- Aircraft Base Radio (ABR)
- Router of your choice from approved providers
Interoperability is built into the SmartSky network, enabling you to select the equipment that best meets your needs. The network is router-agnostic and is capable of connecting most web-enabled devices to transfer data to and from the aircraft.

SmartSky makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service throughout the U.S. coverage area. Actual service, quality and availability (including initiation, validation and maintenance of an inflight connection) can be affected by signal strength, aircraft and network traffic volume, service outages, network changes, governmental regulatory and operating restrictions and other conditions.
