Mona is a customer experience coordinator for a private jet management company. Here she talks about her experience using SmartSky Network’s groundbreaking inflight connectivity solution.

“It was great. I think the number one standout was how many devices could connect, as opposed to the competitors. I don’t think anybody else advertises or challenges, ‘Hey, connect as many as you can, no problem.’ So that was rather unique and provided for a really good overall experience.

I think we did a little bit of everything. I mean, we were on TikTok and we were reading emails and opening, downloading and uploading PDF files. I was on ForeFlight tracking our flight. So yeah, I got to do a little bit of everything. I even posted about it on social media. So that worked. And everybody else was Facetiming. I did do one FaceTime call and it was perfectly clear sound and all.”
